TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Part I: Cancellation Policy

It is the responsibility of both the Client and the Coach to notify either party of the need to cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. If sessions are not canceled accordingly, the Coach reserves the right to bill the Client for any missed session at the agreed upon fee for services.  In the event the Coach cancels, Coach must distribute a refund for missed sessions.

 

Part II: Termination of Services 

Either party to this agreement may terminate this agreement at any time by providing a written notice of termination with a seven (7) day notice. All funds for the remainder of the program are still due regardless of the termination. 

 

Part III: Refund Policy

Once the Coaching program has begun, any unused sessions will not be refunded. The deadline established previously in this agreement is set and stone. There may not be any extensions to the scheduling sessions UNLESS mutually agreed upon by both parties. IF both parties agree on scheduling of any unused sessions, the Client has 2 weeks to complete the sessions. However, if the unused sessions remain unused after the 2 weeks extension, all services are rightfully concluded without a refund.

 

Agreement:

The Coach is not responsible for any actions or inactions, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. Therefore, the Client or any representatives associated with the Client will not hold the Coach liable. 

 

This document is the entire agreement between Coach and Client. It provides the complete terms and conditions of both parties with respect to the Life Coaching Program.
